Cap 313I para 2 Declaration of closed areas The areas of the waters of Hong Kong specified in the Schedule are declared to be closed to dwelling vessels. Cap 313I SCHEDULE [paragraph 2] 1. The tidal waters of the Shing Mun River enclosed by a line joining the following two positions- (a) Latitude 22o 24' 32" N, Longitude 114o 12' 56" E; and(b) Latitude 22o 24' 37" N, Longitude 114o 12' 50" E. That part of Hong Kong waters at Kwun Tong Tsai Wan (Yau Tong Bay), enclosed within it by a line joining the following two positions- (a) Latitude 22o 17' 48.5" N, Longitude 114o 13' 49.0" E; and(b) Latitude 22o 17' 59.0" N, Longitude 114o 13' 41.7" E.
