(Cap 573, section 21) [8 January 2003] L.N. 253 of 2002 (L.N. 154 of 2002) Cap 573B s 1 (Omitted as spent) (Omitted as spent) Cap 573B s 2 Interpretation In this Regulation- "gross floor area" (总楼面面积) means the floor area contained within the external walls of the building measured at each floor level (including any floor below the level of the ground, and any roof used for karaoke), together with the area of each balcony in the building, which shall be calculated from the overall dimensions of the balcony (including the thickness of the sides thereof), and the thickness of the external walls of the building. Cap 573B s 3 Fees The fee to be charged for a matter specified in column 2 of the Schedule is the fee specified opposite to it in column 3. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Note: The fees payable in accordance with this regulation are reduced or waived in respect of applications for certain matters specified in the Schedule which are made within the period from 1 June 2003 to 31 May 2004 (please see the Karaoke Establishments (Fee Concessions) Regulation 2003 (L.N. 137 of 2003)).
